1. Introduction

2. Payment Processing and Billing
Our order process, secure payment processing, billing, and tax collection (such as VAT or sales tax) are managed by authorized third-party payment processors and Merchant of Record partners. By completing a purchase through our site, you also agree to the standard processing terms of our selected payment partners. Customer service inquiries relating specifically to payments, billing, and transaction fulfillment are handled in conjunction with these partners.
3. Services and Digital Products
We offer custom UI/UX design, web development, chatbots, and digital design assets.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable assets (such as UI kits, templates, or resources) are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
  • Custom Services: Project-based work is subject to a specific statement of work, proposal, or agreement finalized prior to checkout.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
.All prices are listed on the website or provided via custom quotes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full or partial payment is required upfront before digital products are dispatched or custom project work begins.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Digital Products: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been sent.
  • Custom Services: Refund eligibility for custom UI/UX and web development projects depends on the project phase. If a project is canceled before work commences, a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees) may be issued. Once design or development work has begun, refunds are evaluated on a prorated basis according to the deliverables already completed.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, templates, code, and digital content created by Yahya El Amaoui remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment for a custom project, the specific deliverables and agreed-upon usage rights are transferred to the client. You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate our digital products or templates without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yahya El Amaoui and elamaoui.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products, services, or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved in the applicable courts of Morocco.
